I learned something today
I just realize that sometimes you don't want to hear
how good you are,
sometimes,
you just want to feel
blue!
Even when the words you hear
it comes from a place of sincerity
and probably
you know it
it is possible
that the greatness shit you hear,
could be right,
and you agree,
give the smile,
saying thank you
but...
it is not a time
to feel great about it
cuz the circumstances
You just need to feel it
and through the anxiety,
stop breathing for a second,
drink a good young wine,
smoke a cigarette very slow,
scream a little bit,
perhaps
let two or three tears fells down.
your body recognize the courage
you need to have not physical contact
with the wall,
don't get a sleep for two nights,
see your clock and watch the time go by,
pretend to listen people,
playing seven times the fucking song,
act like nothing disturb you,
get to job,
write something,
make you feel your boss that you have a chance,
order a nice meal,
take a shower seeing the water down,
get angry with your hair,
have sex and don't feel good about
even if you can´t
drink more wine,
listen the rain,
get angry about the weather,
smile again with a bad joke
just because everybody else does,
and then...
just then
you star to breathe again...
to believe that actually you are awesome!
You deserve good things,
you love life and
you got lucky
have wonderful friends and family
around
maybe not a perfect job
but
you have a chance to make the difference
Watch a few episodes of that show you like
Make a call
Send happy faces
Tell your story
Re think your efforts
And realize...
You just need time to acceptances!
I did it too!
I tried to say something
to bring a little light for someone
who felt shit!
Now I know...
sometimes you must sit
and be quite,
Agreed about how things happened,
just be right there,
let people feel bad for a while!
